GROW’s goal is to improve rural livelihoods by building community partnerships. To achieve this goal, GROW implements three projects- RISE, SOW, and LEAP- in four chieftaincies in Mokhotlong District.
The projects aim to: 1) improve the agricultural production, nutritional status and health of 7,500 people (approx. 1,000 households); 2) provide 10,000 people with safe drinking water; 3) increase literacy among 500 youth who do not have the opportunity to attend school; 4) improve English and mathematics skills among 200 primary school students; and 5) improve the teaching capacity of 60 primary school teachers. GROW’s project and program structure is presented below.
